Service Description

Discuss current fitness level and goals - whether it's personal or training for an event Will set up 1 month fitness plan with client based on your schedule - sent within 72 hours of session. Includes 2 check-ins - mid-plan and end of plan to help with accountability! *When booking, please add in at least 3 available dates & times to meet - Refer to booking page with available dates for the month - will reach out for scheduling*
